  1. Hello,

GST authorities asked me to Submit consent letter from the owner and I have applied GST no. on my home address.

Problem is that my house is on my Grandmother’s Name and she is no more now. Property papers are still on her name. Electricity Bill, Light bill everyone is on her name only.

According to that my father and his brothers are legal owners of the property but papers are still not on their name.

Now in this case with whom I need to take consent letter/NOC and what is next step.
