PROJECT REPORT FOR KHOYA MANUFACTURING

Milk plays an important role in the vegetarian diet of Indian dishes as animal carbohydrate, protein, fat. Khoya-Paneer is a prominent part of indigenous dairy products as it forms the basis of a number of sweet delicacies. Khoya-Paneer is a popular product across India and is known to be khoya, mawa, kava, pavlova, etc in different regions. Khoya-Paneer is a concentrated whole milk product produced pan condensing milk.
Khoya-Paneer is used to make around 80% of Indian sweets. Aside from that, khoya-Paneer is also used to make halwa and ice cream. Everyone in India loves sweets; thus, a sweet store is quickly found on each tiny street. Khoya-Paneer is a must-have ingredient for making pure sweet khoya, manufactured by boiling milk. Confectioners still create khoya-Paneer by hand; however, some machines can produce khoya on a large scale.
